Booster Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Booster Terms & Conditions ("Booster Terms") govern the relationship between Overpowered.gg ("Overpowered", "Platform", "we") and you as a Booster, Coach, or Service Provider ("Booster", "Provider", "you").

By applying for, accepting, or performing services on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booster Terms, the General Terms of Use, and all referenced policies.

1. Role & Legal Status

Boosters act as independent contractors, not as employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Overpowered.gg.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, exclusivity obligation, partnership, or joint venture.

Boosters are solely responsible for:

• Taxes and applicable legal obligations;
• Legal compliance in their jurisdiction;
• Professional conduct at all times;
• Providing their own equipment, internet connection, and game access.

2. Eligibility & Verification

Boosters must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Provide accurate and complete personal information;
• Complete any required identity verification (KYC) when requested.

Overpowered may:

• Request documents or verification at any time;
• Suspend accounts pending verification;
• Deny or revoke Booster status at its discretion.

3. Service Acceptance & Performance

Boosters may freely accept or decline Orders.

Once an Order is accepted, the Booster agrees to:

• Begin the service within a reasonable timeframe;
• Perform the service professionally and diligently;
• Respect the service scope and Client instructions.

Abandonment — defined as failure to progress or communicate without justification — is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Practices

Boosters must not:

• Use cheats, bots, scripts, hacks, or exploits;
• Share or misuse Client account information;
• Outsource services to unapproved third parties;
• Contact Clients outside of the Platform;
• Request direct payment or tips;
• Intentionally delay or sabotage services;
• Play Ranked or service-scope games beyond what is agreed.

Violations may result in immediate sanctions.

5. Account Access & Security

Where applicable, access to a Client's game Account is granted solely for the purpose of completing the requested service.

Boosters must:

• Respect Client privacy and data at all times;
• Avoid modifying unrelated account settings;
• Log out upon service completion.

Any security incident must be reported to Overpowered immediately.

6. Completion & Evidence

Upon completing a service, Boosters must:

• Mark the Order as completed within the Platform;
• Submit required evidence, such as screenshots, logs, or match statistics, as applicable.

False completion claims constitute fraud and will be treated accordingly.

7. Payments, Balance & Release

Boosters are compensated through the Platform's internal Balance system.

Funds are released only after:

• Service completion;
• Client confirmation or automatic approval;
• Internal security checks;
• Applicable dispute clearance periods.

Overpowered may hold, delay, or reverse payouts if:

• A dispute is active;
• Fraud or abuse is suspected;
• Chargeback risk is identified.

8. Penalties & Deductions

Overpowered may apply penalties including:

• Partial or full forfeiture of payout;
• Negative balance offset;
• Temporary or permanent suspension;
• Loss of Booster privileges.

Common penalty triggers include:

• Abandonment;
• Poor service quality;
• Missed deadlines without justification;
• Client complaints supported by evidence;
• Policy violations.

9. Ratings & Performance Monitoring

Boosters are subject to ongoing performance monitoring, including:

• Performance tracking and quality metrics;
• Client ratings and feedback;
• Internal quality assessments.

Consistently low performance may result in:

• Reduced Order visibility;
• Probationary status;
• Removal from the Platform.

10. Non-Circumvention

Boosters must not:

• Redirect or move Clients off the Platform;
• Accept external payments or private arrangements;
• Promote private services to Clients met through the Platform.

Circumvention leads to immediate termination and forfeiture of outstanding funds.

11. Limitation of Liability

Overpowered is not liable for:

• Bans or penalties applied by game publishers;
• Client behavior during service execution;
• Game patches, balance changes, or publisher decisions.

Boosters agree to indemnify Overpowered against:

• Third-party claims arising from Booster conduct;
• Publisher actions triggered by Booster activity;
• Client disputes caused by Booster conduct.

12. Termination

Overpowered may terminate Booster accounts at any time for:

• Policy violations;
• Inactivity;
• Risk management or compliance reasons.

Upon termination:

• Unpaid balances may be withheld to cover disputes, penalties, or obligations;
• No further access to the Platform is granted.

13. Governing Law

These Booster Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Overpowered.gg's registered jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Platform as a Booster, you confirm acceptance of these Booster Terms and all related policies.
