By placing an Order, the Client expressly waives any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, where permitted by law.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service was not delivered;
- The delivered result materially differs from the description; and
- The issue is reported immediately, before usage or modification.

Possible Outcomes
Dispute resolution may result in:
- Full refund;
- Partial refund;
- Order continuation;
- Release of funds to the Booster;
- Account sanctions for abuse.
Overpowered's decision is final.
6. Chargeback & Abuse Policy
Initiating a chargeback on a completed or disputed Order is considered abusive behavior.
