Question 1

What is Low Priority Removal and why would I need it?

Accepted Answer

Low Priority Removal is the service for players stuck in the Low Priority pool, the penalty that limits you to Single Draft with longer queues. To clear it, you need to win a set number of Single Draft matches. A verified booster plays on your account and gets those wins for you.

Question 2

Is the Low Priority Removal service safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Overpowered uses only verified players to win the required Single Draft matches on your account. The service follows normal gameplay, with no third-party software.

Question 3

I paid and confirmed my order. What happens now?

Accepted Answer

Head to your Dashboard, open the order chat and send your Steam account info. Once that's done, the booster starts playing Single Draft and you track every win live.

Question 4

How many wins do I need to get out of Low Priority?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your penalty. Low Priority only ends after you win the required number of Single Draft matches, and our service covers from 1 to 10 wins. Tell us how many wins you still need, or we check it directly on your account.

Question 5

I don't want to share account access. Can I still remove Low Priority?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add Duo Boost to your order and play the Single Draft matches in a party with the booster, without sharing account access. Your wins count toward removing the penalty, and you can also add a voice call or duo coaching.

Question 6

What if the booster loses matches in Low Priority?

Accepted Answer

Only wins count toward removing Low Priority, so losses don't reduce the number of wins you still need. The booster keeps playing Single Draft until the required wins are done and the penalty is cleared.

Question 7

Can I play on my account while Low Priority Removal is active?

Accepted Answer

In Solo, it's not recommended, since playing during the service can interfere with the win count. In Duo, you play the matches together with the booster. If you need to log in, coordinate with the booster first to avoid conflicts.

Question 8

How long does it take to remove Low Priority?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how many wins you need and on Single Draft queue times. Since losses don't count, the number of matches played can be higher than the number of wins required. You follow every match live in the Dashboard.
