Booster Terms & Conditions

These Booster Terms & Conditions (“Booster Terms”) govern the relationship between Overpowered.gg (“Overpowered”, “Platform”, “we”) and you as a Booster, Coach, or Service Provider (“Booster”, “Provider”, “you”).

By applying for, accepting, or performing services on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booster Terms, the General Terms of Use, and all referenced policies.

1. Role & Legal Status

  • 1.1 Boosters act as independent contractors, not as employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Overpowered.gg.
  • 1.2 Nothing in these Terms creates:
    • employment relationship;
    • exclusivity obligation;
    • partnership or joint venture.
  • 1.3 Boosters are solely responsible for:
    • taxes;
    • legal compliance;
    • professional conduct;
    • equipment, internet, and game access.

2. Eligibility & Verification

  • 2.1 Boosters must:
    • be at least 18 years old;
    • provide accurate personal information;
    • complete any required KYC / identity verification.
  • 2.2 Overpowered may:
    • request documents at any time;
    • suspend accounts pending verification;
    • deny or revoke Booster status at its discretion.

3. Service Acceptance & Performance

  • 3.1 Boosters may freely accept or decline orders.
  • 3.2 Once an order is accepted, the Booster agrees to:
    • begin service within a reasonable timeframe;
    • perform the service professionally and diligently;
    • respect the service scope and Client instructions.
  • 3.3 Abandonment, defined as failure to progress or communicate without justification, is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Practices

Boosters must not:

  • use cheats, bots, scripts, hacks, or exploits;
  • share or resell Client accounts or data;
  • outsource services to unapproved third parties;
  • contact Clients outside the Platform;
  • request direct payment or tips;
  • intentionally delay or sabotage services;
  • play ranked games outside the agreed service scope.

Violations may result in immediate sanctions.

5. Account Access & Security

  • 5.1 Access to Client accounts is granted solely for service execution.
  • 5.2 Boosters must:
    • respect Client privacy;
    • avoid modifying unrelated settings;
    • log out after service completion.
  • 5.3 Any security incident must be reported immediately.

6. Completion & Evidence

  • 6.1 Upon completing a service, Boosters must:
    • mark the order as completed;
    • submit required evidence (screenshots, logs, stats).
  • 6.2 False completion claims constitute fraud.

7. Payments, Balance & Release

  • 7.1 Boosters are compensated through the Platform’s internal balance system.
  • 7.2 Funds are released only after:
    • service completion;
    • Client confirmation or auto-approval;
    • internal security checks;
    • dispute clearance period.
  • 7.3 Overpowered may hold, delay, or reverse payouts if:
    • a dispute is active;
    • fraud or abuse is suspected;
    • chargeback risk exists.

8. Penalties & Deductions

Overpowered may apply penalties including:

  • partial or full forfeiture of payout;
  • negative balance offset;
  • temporary or permanent suspension;
  • loss of Booster privileges.

Common penalty triggers include:

  • abandonment;
  • poor service quality;
  • missed deadlines without justification;
  • Client complaints with evidence;
  • policy violations.

9. Ratings & Performance Monitoring

  • 9.1 Boosters are subject to:
    • performance tracking;
    • Client ratings;
    • internal quality metrics.
  • 9.2 Consistently low performance may result in:
    • reduced order visibility;
    • probation;
    • removal from the Platform.

10. Non-Circumvention

  • 10.1 Boosters must not:
    • move Clients off-platform;
    • accept external payments;
    • promote private services.
  • 10.2 Circumvention leads to immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • 11.1 Overpowered is not liable for:
    • bans or penalties applied by game publishers;
    • Client behavior during services;
    • game patches or balance changes.
  • 11.2 Boosters indemnify Overpowered against:
    • third-party claims;
    • publisher actions;
    • Client disputes arising from Booster conduct.

12. Termination

  • 12.1 Overpowered may terminate Booster accounts at any time for:
    • policy violations;
    • inactivity;
    • risk management reasons.
  • 12.2 Upon termination:
    • unpaid balances may be withheld to cover disputes or penalties;
    • no further access to the Platform is granted.

13. Governing Law

These Booster Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Overpowered.gg.

14. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Platform as a Booster, you confirm acceptance of these Booster Terms and all related policies.
